Get Started with Your New CRM

This onboarding process will help you get set up with your new CRM and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:


1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM.


2. Onboarding calls: There are two calls involved in this process.

The first is a tech call to guide you through the technical setup and integration of your other software into the CRM. Things like your domain (url), email, google, stripe, social media, etc.

The second is a training session, which will cover the most important features of your CRM. These calls will assist you in getting started with the CRM and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
